Various events are held in Occupied Kashmir on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day

Various events were organized on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day in Occupied Kashmir. Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control are celebrating Pakistan Independence Day with enthusiasm.

The Spring of Green Crescent Flags in the Kashmir Valley, Kashmiris reflected their feelings by hoisting green crescent flags on the roofs of their houses.

Independence Day celebrations were held in several districts of Kashmir including Kupwara, Srinagar, Baramulla and Rajouri.

In Azad Kashmir too, celebrations and rallies were held to express solidarity with the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir.

Demonstrators participating in the rallies say that Occupied Kashmir was, is and will remain a part of Pakistan due to the annexation resolution of July 19, 1947.

The participants of the rallies vowed to continue the struggle for the freedom of Occupied Kashmir and the end of illegal integration.

It should be noted that Occupied Kashmir has been at the first place in the world for the last 4 years in the blocking of media, internet and communication.
